Deposit and Final Payment
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% or a tour dependent deposit applies and balance of payment is charged 60 DAYS prior to departure. Payment can be made by Cheque, Wire transfer, Bank Draft, or Credit Card (Access, Visa, MasterCard and American Express - An administration charge of 2.5% is levied against credit card transactions.).

Itinerary & Documents
 All vouchers will be sent prior to arrival in Ireland. Clients are responsible for bringing vouchers with them. Replacement vouchers will be charged at €25 each time they are requested.

Cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be forwarded in writing via mail or fax to Irish Pro Golf Tours Limited and is subject to the following per person cancellation charges:

* Up to 60 days before arrival                  - The amount of the deposit
* Within 60-30 days of arrival                  - 30% of the Holiday cost & the deposit
* Within 30 days or less of arrival             - 100% of the Holiday cost

Changes
An administrative fee of €25 per change, per person, applies for any changes requested by a client after deposit has been received and confirmation issued. Changes may not be made less than 45 days before travel, except with the approval of Irish Pro Golf Tours Limited.

Unused Portions
In no case will refunds be made for unused portions of booked itineraries.

Car Hire
Car Driver must be 23 years of age and have a valid driver's license. Car Hire, includes, unlimited mileage, CDW (collision damage waiver) and valued added tax. Price does not include petrol/gas, additional driver fee, excess insurance, or any fines. At the car hire desk you will be offered the opportunity to buy extra insurance to cover this excess.

Travel Insurance
We strongly advise that the consumer has adequate travel insurance. Customers can - due to unforeseen events - be forced to cancel prior to or during their holiday. Irish Pro Golf Tours will accept no liability for clients not having travel insurance of their own.

Power of Attorney
As a client of Irish Pro Golf Tours, you hereby appoint employees of Irish Pro Golf Tours to be your attorneys-in-fact for the purpose of signing all documents necessary to purchase hotel and green fee reservations and any other services requested by you and supplied, and to charge these purchases to the credit card on your booking form. You agree to pay for all such purchases and will not hold Irish Pro Golf Tours responsible for any of its actions pursuant to this power of attorney.

Alterations by Irish Pro Golf Tours
If as a result of force majeure ( that is any event which Irish Pro Golf Tours or any supplier of services could not foresee or avoid such as closure of golf courses or accommodations because of weather or course condition, war or threat of war, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions and other similar events outside our control or that of our suppliers) or if Irish Pro Golf Tours is forced to alter, amend, change the holiday the consumer cannot maintain a claim for compensation. Irish Pro Golf Tours undertakes that in the event of having to alter accommodation, golf course or transportation it will provide a level of service comparable or better at no extra cost.  The consumer should be aware that some suppliers i.e. hotels and golf clubs impose cancellation fees/restrictions etc., which are outside the control of, and for which, Irish Pro Golf Tours will not be held liable.

Disclaimer

Irish Pro Golf Tours Limited or any of its agents or employees, shall not be held liable for; and by accepting these terms the customer waives any claim against all such parties for; (a) any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act or omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by; any other transportation company; vendor or supplier; (b) any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter; (c) any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or change in fares or rates; and (d) any cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets beyond the control of Irish Pro Golf Tours Limited.

Irish Pro Golf Tours Limited does not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes, quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, weather, acts of God or other causes. Such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the customer. Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

On advancement of the tour deposit to Irish Pro Golf Tours, the depositor (and all participants for whom the deposit is paid) therefore agree to be bound by the above recited terms and conditions.
